how do i put a make my pages so they can only be seen after sign in??

Ok i would like people to be able to see my menu/ landing page, but i want to block off every other page but say maybe 2 or 3 which they can browse for free.

 

Then the rest is so they have to sign in and then they are in like lets say "members area" which there they can download some things i have for them or they can view what i have for "members only" can any one detail out how i would do this?

 

It would be much appreciated as i am killing my brain trying to work this out.

You will need to learn PHP to do something like this so that your users have to log in to be able to view the pages you want to hide.

i am having another problem i want to write out a few common tags but i want them to show up in my page with the actual tag shown so i can say ok this tag is this and does that if you know what i mean? Hope so. thank you

If you want to show code, rather than have it rendered by the browser, wrap it in

tags.
