falkencreative Posted April 11, 2012 Report Posted April 11, 2012 If you are absolutely brand new to HTML/CSS, I would suggest starting here: how-to-build-websites.com. Work your way through some basic HTML and CSS tutorials, and then come back to this problem. Unless you are wanting animation effects, you should be able to create what you showed in your screenshot just with HTML/CSS. Quote
