Help with a specific slideshow

Hi All,

 

I am developing a website from scratch. I want to use a specific non-flash slideshow. It should be either like this: http://news.in.msn.com/gallery/photoviewer.aspx?cp-documentid=5787700#image=1 or second option is this: : http://www.livestrong.com/slideshow/545202-20-anti-aging-foods/

 

Is there a plugin for this in Drupal or Joomla? I know for sure that Wordpress does not have this, as I have spent weeks looking for a similar format.

 

If the option is not availble in either Joomla or Drupal, can you suggest the best way to develop it?
