LSW Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 Eclipse - it is one of the top programming tools available as it allows you to install packets that allow you to code in just about every language. We use it at work for Flex and Java and every other programmer I know within state agencies uses it as well. I never liked PHP in Dreamweaver.
