Web UI Designer Needed

We need a web designer who is especially talented at User Interface design to design a web application that we are building. Please send links or examples of your work with your response.

 

You don't need to do any coding, we just need the psd designs.

The budget for the project is between $1000-1500 with half of the payment paid upon taking up the project and the remaining half paid upon completion of the project that meets our satisfaction.
