DanExcel
So many have written Flash off, thanks to the iPhone and iPad. Now, they (Adobe) present Edge. Its an authoring tool powered by HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript. Is this a good thing, or do we prepare ourselves for a new wave annoying animations. virtual
I was asking myself the same question. I use Flash but only for it's video compressing qualities. I haven't seen if Edge is capable of doing that.
DanExcel
It's in the early stages right now and it does not play well with IE7 or 8. I did not see anything about video, but I beleive the main idea behind video right now is to do away with proprietary plugins period.
