newseed Posted March 4, 2011 Report Posted March 4, 2011 Can someone check this using IE7 to see if the parent links in the top menu are being squished (no spacing or padding)? w ww. resp ros.com (remove two spaces)
Susie Posted March 5, 2011 Report Posted March 5, 2011 Using my IE Tester, I see there is no left/right padding on the nav links. Top/bottom padding looks good.
newseed Posted March 5, 2011 Author Report Posted March 5, 2011 Thanks Susie. My code has .9em left/right padding and I don't know why it shows up fine for me but your IE tester does not. Can anyone else look at this and provide some feedback?
virtual Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 Looks good to me in IE7 on both VMWare running XP, and also on a PC running XP.
coollew Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 Checked it on a laptop im working on running IE 7 looks good to me?
Guest designgene Posted March 6, 2011 Report Posted March 6, 2011 IE Collection is also good to see how a web page looks like in different versions of internet explorer.
newseed Posted March 9, 2011 Author Report Posted March 9, 2011 Thank you all. I was able to resolve this by applying display block to the link tag.
