Events Page

I have a relative that I offered to do a free website for. I finished it, it looks great by the way, but there is an events page that changes and new events need to be added and deleted.

Now I am consistently making changes to this free website. Because they are a relative it will get tricky and uncomfortable to ask for money for the free website.

Anyway making a long story short. I want to have them make the changes to the website. I believe I can do this in wordpress but do I set it up as if it were a blog or are there other wordpress templates that would do the trick.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You can do wordpress without the blog - you'd do pages only. A simple example is the housecleaning site on my portfolio.

I thought I would bring this thread back from the dead.

 

If I have a wordpress template how would I go about changing the header Graphics at the top of the site?

 

i.e. what if I wanted to add the Killersites.com header onto a wordpress template.

You'd need to edit the "header.php" file within the theme.
