Where please may I learn how to change the order of the nav tabs at the top of the page?

Where you edit the pages, there's a field for page order - change those numbers.

Or you can go to Plugins > Add New > and search for "My Page Order". This plugin allows you to drag-n-drop the pages into the correct order. I use it for my clients when it seems like changing the number in the edit screen is too difficult to figure out.
