i have just registered here to see if any kind individual is willing to work with me to create a subscription based website?

 

my idea is very simple, very clear but as i have no expertise with design and programming i need major help.

 

I fear my lack of knowledge will not make teaching me easy, but maybe somebody can help? perhaps for a small fee?

I'm not one to promote my videos, but when approaching any web design project, even from the perspective of the client, it makes good sense to at least understand the basics, so that you can have a much better idea what you would need to do to satisfy your business requirements or idea. So in short, you should learn basic web design:

Once you understand the basics, you will have moved from being totally blind, to having an understanding of what web design and web sites are all about. For your project, you would be best to use a prefabricated subscription based template/CMS rather than build from scratch.

 

... At least for most projects.
