If you don't have any, I'd suggest starting with basic HTML/CSS, and then moving on to PHP. After PHP, it's just up to you, and depends on the sort of jobs you want to get. You might consider browsing job postings to see what sort of experience employers are looking for, and base your choice of languages partially on that.
