Need help with a couple backgrounds

Is there anyone available today that could help me with a couple backgrounds? I have a PSD and I can't figure out how to make the main background repeat seamlessly. Also, I need help with a shadow on the main container.

You might want to go ahead and shoot me the psd because the last three jobs I have done required some unique coding for the background in which involved shadows.
