Andrea
I don't know anything about Joomla - but I'm a Master-Googler: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&hs=yI4&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&&sa=X&ei=X_oQTOjNIMOBlAfKz-XaBw&ved=0CCUQBSgA&q=uploading+videos+to+joomla&spell=
asdfghjkl
You use the Media Manager or FTP client to upload the first video file to a directory on your site. You can create if you want to "/ video" or "/ images / video evidence" for this purpose. When you've done this, and will to install an extension for those that play video. Some video accessories may allow you to download and play on both, and will only need to read the documentation associated with them. JoomlaTraining
You need to install a plugin to stream live like all videos. Once installed and configured you go to Login to your joomla admin panel go to Site/Stories/Videos scroll download to browse and choose the video file from your computer and start upload. Go into your article and link to it where you want it to show. Hope that helps. let me know if you need more instructions, don't know how familiar you are with Joomla Install.
