newseed Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 (edited) No extensions that I know of but with Expression Web, a dropdown will popup when you type in the first letter of the code you are writing that will list the tags/elements/properties/values to choose from. administrator Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 I don't think Dreamweaver CS4's code editor can auto complete custom code. But it does have some capability with core Javascript libraries and PHP. That said, Dreamweaver CS5 will be out any week now and I'm guessing it could have expanded code editor functionality. dianikol85 Posted April 13, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 I downloaded eclipse which has this autocomplete. but i cant find how to open previous projects which i did them with DW.... krillz Posted April 13, 2010 Report Share Posted April 13, 2010 any IDE that isn't pure crap has that functionality. A good option that is completely free is netbeans for example.
