problems in IE and Safari

Can anyone tell me what these little question marks are doing in my menubar and how I can get rid of them? Here's the site:

Looks like you have a couple incorrectly linked images in the navigation. Here's an example:

 

<a href="#">kimberley lugsdin<img style="border: 0pt none; padding-left: 5px;" class="downarrowclass" src="down.gif"></a>

Firefox/Safari usually hides images with incorrect paths, IE shows an image with a question mark to indicate they can't be found. You'll need to update the src="" section with the correct path (perhaps in the images folder, or maybe the down.gif image hasn't been uploaded?).

I think that's it, thank you so much. This was driving me nuts. I thought it was a cross browser issue, but I did a compitiblity check and it was fine.
