newseed
I have purchased Photoshop CS4 two days ago in which I have received today and attemtped to install it but I found that I do not have the correct license to upgrade. I have what is called Volume License thus my Adobe is Creative Suite CS2 package. Adobe does not qualify my volume license for an Photoshop CS4 upgrade. I think it's a rip to me because I paid over a grand for the CS2 5 years ago that you would think they will allow the upgrade. Unfortunately, Adobe support says otherwise. Since the package wrap has been open, the merchant will not accept returns. So now to the point, if anyone is interested in buying this from me, PM me. A valid upgrade license must be for Photoshop CS2 or CS3 (and a few others) and not for volume license versions. administrator
That sucks and it is a rip. I wouldn't expect a full upgrade discount from CS2 .. but at least something!?

It would have been nice if they added that Volume License does not qualify as an upgrade. At least then I would have avoided forking over $200.
