Frame based forwarding and cookies

Up 'til now I've used frame based forwarding for my domain name but as I now want to use cookies, I find have had to change to straight redirection because the cookie wasn't created, (or wasn't visible). I tried defining the domain when creating the cookie, trying both my registered domain and the actual domain but neither helped.

 

Any help appreciated.

cookies and frame based forwarding is way beyond me .. and I am a Beginner ... as in Beginner's Web Design ... which is where we are ... maybe I am too Beginner to be here? is there a Kindergarten Web design for me?
