Based on the link, it seems like your issue may not be that the objects slide out/down underneath the contentPlaceHolder, but rather that it doesn't slide out over the Flash. I bet it would work fine if the flash were removed. I know there was a topic or two that covered how to how to deal with content not appearing above Flash properly...
