hey guys, i want a full screen background for my new flash site, im having trouble making the .swf appear full screen though.

is there some code i have to enter somewhere to get the stage size to be 100%?

im pretty new to flash as u can tell but im a fast learner.

so basically instead of rendering out a huge 1800 x 900 pixel .swf or whatever, can i render out one at like 720 x 576 and use a code to get it to stretch to full screen?

any help much appreciated.

I would think that sizing up a flash to almost 3 times larger would degrade in quality.

hey mate yeah i know was just using as an example.

im still having trouble though - my video keeps outputting with white around it and not full screen, or sometimes almost full screen but off center. i cant seem to get a 16:9 FLV to fit properly.

does anyone know the code to get .swfs to resize in the flash window, mine doesnt seem to want to.

thanks

andy
