I told him to delete the browsing history but apparently that has not helped. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you very much. That may be an issue if there are coding errors in place that might cause them to display differently in different versions... I really don't have any other guesses without being able to see the actual site and code (and assuming the client has refreshed the page a couple times and that hasn't changed anything -- I'm guessing you've already covered that.)
