Password protect "Designed by" code

I'm trying to either:
A. a generator that you can input html widget completed code, and output random looking code, so another web designer doesn't remove it.

B. Password protect a HTML Widget within Blogger

C. Password protect code that is an image for a "Designed by" attribute.

 

Is this even possible?

Nope. All code in the client is editable.
