Hello

I want to know that how does an online mobile prepaid credit topup website works? An example is www.ezetop.com. I want to build a website for only my country where people can topup their or their friend's mobile using moneybookers, credit card or even their local ATM card.

So please I need your help if some one can guide me to the steps that how can it be done?

Thanks

By calling myself a newbie means new to programming n scripting

I know that its not a good project to start with as a newbie but I guess that I will be able to do it with the help of gurus like you. Or if you can suggest me some thing to start with before starting this project, that would be really helpful.

Sorry, I just do basic webdesign.

You'll probably want to look at some sort of CMS, and it would seem that on top of whatever may be involved to get the site going, you'll have to work with whatever phones you're taking money for, so you can direct it to those accounts.

I think that your issue requires more business knowledge of that industry that we can really provide here. You probably will need to contact a site or two that already does this, or contact some phone card companies directly, and see if they can provide you some guidance. This is more than a simple programming question... what you really need to know at this point are things like do you have to have agreements with major phone card providers in order to do this, what are the fees involved, how are you going to be able to send money to the card providers via your site, if the user inputs their account number and provider, are there ways provided by that provider to access additional information about the user (name, amount currently on the card, etc?).

I don't intend to discourage you, but this isn't a beginners project, and will require significantly more work and effort than simply knowing how to program.
