LanaSobotta
Hello everyone. I would like to know your opinion. I'm doing call it research or something like that after my sister was fired when her employer found out that she was pregnant. As far as I know things shouldn't go this way but she didn't want to argue and provoke new stress. As for me, I can't just forget. I want to understand if it is possible to find justice. Do you know any such cases? Would you hire a pregnant woman? Edited August 1, 2019 by LanaSobotta
Geelly
I think I would. Everybody should have same rights. Don't you think so?If woman is pregnant it doesn't mean that she is unable to do her work well. Unfortunately today discrimination still exists all, just read this https://mosheslaw.com/laborandemployment/pregnancy-discrimination-lawyer-in-nyc/ , I want to believe that one day people's rights will be protected without lawyers help. dorrismillerrr123
Looking at what month of pregnancy your sister is. But by law, pregnant women cannot be fired. When I was pregnant, I worked up to 8 months.
