How to make a photo gallery like this one...

I am trying to create a new website and would like to make a photo viewer the same or very similar to the one in this site

That is a Flash site, not an easy project if you are not familiar with Flash.

it's really just the way the photos are presented I want to imitate. I like the fact they move one to the next by clicking on the main image. It looks like a photo viewer and I was wondering if it was an off-the shelf package - maybe someone on here had seen it before? Or something similar?

I don't have any particular site I can recommend, maybe someone else on this forum will. I suggest you Google for Flash photo galleries or Jquery Photo galleries. There are a lot of options out there, that are either plug ins or quite easy to install.
