Dress Attire to Approach Small Businesses

Hello,

I just bought the Complete Freelancer Course and I love the information so far. I'm new to freelancing and I just had a question in regards to getting clients. I plan to approach local small businesses that may need a website or website updates and I was wondering if dress attire matters. I was thinking of approaching in business casual clothing (collard shirt with slacks), but I'm not sure if that's over or under dressing.
