I have a dropdown menu

If you bring your mouse over it, then the submenu will appear

The actual link is larger than its area

 

See the departments; I want same padding at the left as there is on the right

 

I tried but not succeeded

Remove the width from #sddm li a - the word takes up more room than 60px.
