I am looking to build this in Dreamweaver with all of the appropriate programs associated. Monoetary allowances could be discussed, but I really would like to work with a designer so that I learn more about dreamweaver as well in the process. Killersites is more about teaching and helping out new designers with their coding. Try looking on the free template sites, such as the one you use for your site, designers there might be willing to work for free.
