I have seen SEO sites claiming to be able to setup your SEO so well that it will show on the top of Google within the hour. They claim this is not Adwords. Just SEO. No monthly charges. falkencreative Posted September 1, 2009 Report Share Posted September 1, 2009 Sounds like a gimmick to me. I wouldn't trust it. SEO takes time and effort, and results will take some time to show.
