Hey guys, I just discovered this site. Its really cool. I just ran into a problem the other day. I make simple websites for clients, just using photoshop and the slice tool. A cab company has asked me to also make their form on the website as well. The customer would click some options. Weather to and from that sort of thing. And then type where at and when. So I guess I need some checkboxes and a field box? Can I do that in photoshop? How would I then make it be e-mailed to them? Well anyhow you can probably tell I'm pretty knew with this. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hello,

Unfortunately, you cannot do this with Photoshop. It requires HTML and PHP. There are quite a few to choose from. Just google something like "contact form script". It's been a while since I've implemented a stand-alone script, so I cannot recommend a good one. Perhaps one of the others can. Once you choose one, let us know and we'll help you get it working.
