Dropdowns appearing behind flash

I'm only seeing this on the PC (FF 3.0.13) but someone reported seeing it on the mac too. Thoughts?

Thanks. That fixed it but now it doesn't validate anymore

Whatever, I can live with it I guess, but if you see something easy to fix let me know.

In this case, I think a working menu is probably more important than one error in your validation.

Isn't that what I have? Except I closed it:

Doesn't flash "own" it's own space and not give it up for anything? Used to be this way - I couldn't get anything to position over it.

Enclose Flash in div and then position this div as any other element.

 

Using z-ndex helps in some cases ( also to get Flash onder drop downs).
