How can I have displayed on a web page the latest feeds from a Twitter account or a facebook account?

 

I've seen a page where there is a separate window which contains feeds. Are these plugins or links?

Since twitter is using a new api you now must login to your twitter account, go to settings, and then to widgets. Create a new widget and then embed the code into your website.
