Access To Website In Other Countries

I have just had a client contact me with regards to a customer of hers not being able to access both of her new websites (seems like since I rebuilt them in php. This client is in India and she cannot view either site now. That doesn't seem right just because she is in India but I have no idea. Wondered what any of you think. The 2 sites are here.

Unless your website offended the India government and they blocked the site; I don't think her being in India is the reason why she can't view it.

When I googled the issue, several of the first results that came up were related to Godaddy - hence my question.

But that does make me wonder if this could possibly be host-related. Have you checked with yours or other known India issues?
