kitster79
When I Click on the "Preview in Firefox" button it opens a window in Firefox that displays a "File Not Found" message? When I select "Preview in Safari", it opens the document with no problem! I have also opened files with Firefox manually outside of Dreamweaver with no probelm - but when I use the Preview in Firefox option in Dreamweaver I get the error message! Strange huh? Can anybody help resolve? Thanks
LSW
Sounds like maybe the connection between DW and Fx is corrupted, try fixing it. Otherwise, I just leave Fx open while developing and refreshing it rather than go over DW.
kitster79
Well, that's really why I am posting my problem - how DO you fix it?
LSW
In your options there is a place to direct DW to the browser you wish to be primary and secondary and any others you wish to add. Try pointing to the link again. Have a look in the help files how to do this, I do not have it installed at work and have not used it in at least half a year so the exact steps are fuzzy. virtual
I would delete Firefox from your preview list and then add it back in again. If you need the exact steps to do this I can tell you.
LSW
Yea, hadn't thought about that, but sometimes it is just better to delete things and re-add them fresh. Virtual makes a good point.
