I Need Some Help!

Hey everyone! My name's Kimberly and I've just signed up on this forum as one of our school assignments is to create a website and I really do need some help.

 

I'm hoping to create a website similar to this: SEEDSPOT

 

I've been able to find the jquery for the backstretch and the sticky header menu thing, but would anyone happen to know how to achieve this scrolling effect or the words that float over the backstretch?
