Advanced Search Forms?

Hi,

I am very new to the business. Just recently finished a basic Web developing course. Know a little code and still learning how to use Dreamweaver to its full potential. So if I can ask that who ever replies to this will use very simple language and explain step for step how to do this on Dreamweaver.

I have a project I am busy with. It is a Estate Agency site and I am currently using Photoshop CS5 to design the look and feel of the site. Once I am done with that I want to import it into DW CS5. But I am not quite sure how I am going to create an advanced search form to allow users to search for property for sale and property to rent including how many rooms and bathrooms ect.

I don't even have a database yet and not sure how to set that up either. I think tables will be my best bet to set that up however the linking and how the search button will work is beyond me.

Could someone please help and explain to me step for step how I would go about this?

I would be so thankful for any help concerning this matter!
