How to convert a file in html to psd? Please help.

 

 

You are probably the first person i've ever seen who asked this question Let me guess.. you've seen a website which you like very much.. and you wanna make a design with some features off it?

I would like to translate a web page text to Bulgarian. How do I get the browser to show the Bulgarian text. I am just getting a series of question marks.

 

What browser are you using? The language functionality in the Chrome browser works pretty good if you ask me.
