  1. I know how to upload a page to the root directory like "http://www.examplewebsite.com" through filezilla or Wordpress, and I know how to create additional pages like "http://www.examplewebsite.com/page1" or "http://www.examplewebsite.com/page2" in Wordpress. But I'm wondering how to add additional static HTML pages. Do I need to add something to my public_html folder? Thanks.
  2. I am just getting into all of this. I have been messing with Wordpress a bit. I've also been experimenting with different WYSIWYG editting software. I really like Nvu. I've been curious if there are any disadvantages to static HTML pages when it comes to them getting mapped and indexed for the search engines versus something like Wordpress with Google sitemaps plug-in and all-in-one SEO plug-in. If so, are there are any lines of codes/tags that should be added (and preferably could be added easily through Nvu)? Thanks.
