Can it be a problem with godaddy? Becoz I've observed that Paypal is not sending IPN to any url if the hosting server is godaddy where in other cases the IPN is sent successfully. Plz do reply

I’m using IPN Simulator test tool for my website http://relocatejamaica.com. Everything is working fine except one thing, Im getting this error “IPN delivery failed. Unable to connect to the specified URL. Please verify the URL and try again.” when I’m using http://relocatejamaica.com/paypal/ipn.php as IPN handler URL. I'll be highly grateful if you reply to this mail. I really need your help
