  1. That could be the answer then, we are running on a Windows server as we are using ASP.net pages. Is there any other options?
  2. Please can someone help. I am a new member and in need of some expert help. I have recently started to get some annoying visitors to my site who seem to browse every page and then request live chats with threatening behaviour. I decided enough was enough and have attempted to block their IP address using .htaccess but it wont work. The code I have used is as follows Order allow, deny Deny from xx.xxx.xx.x (not sure its wise to show the actual IP address online ??) Allow from all This is saved as .htaccess and is in the root folder on my webserver. It is set to UTF-8. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks Ivan
