What program do I use to create these <div> tags? Can this be done in Dreamweaver?

Hello, I am designing my first site and everything seemed to be going smooth until I noticed that my slice marks were showing on my website. I use photoshop to create the slices. They really show if you zoom in or out. Why is this happening? is there a code that I am missing or did I slice the proper way? My site is www.ksrvideoproductions.com. THanks in advance
