  1. Hello, For I am looking to have rotating images similar to the following two websites: http://www.discoversouthcarolina.com/ http://www.evangelchristiancenter.org/ What is the best method to use to rotate images like the manners above? What is this process called? Are there code templates or examples online that I can use?
  2. I'll gladly do it. eric@visibilityinherit.com

    Quick CSS Paid Job

Hello, I have a small CSS job I want to briefly hire someone to complete it. I have a row of images, that have two images per row. All of the images are the same size. On the last row I want one of the image spaces to be replace with a small form. I currently have the following: http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/4462/portfolio2v.gif This is what I want: http://img818.imageshack.us/img818/2927/portfolioc.jpg Please send me a message if you are interested. Thanks,
  4. My fault for the lack of information. I've attached a strip down version of the webpage below: http://www.sendspace.com/file/u3cl01 I am looking for a way to align a few words over the darker grey section. Similar to the Text Here....... words. Thanks,
  5. I don't know the correct term, but here I go....... How do I position selected text to go in a desired position as in the image below: http://img837.imageshack.us/img837/4555/maintext.jpg The image attached is the exact image I will be using, but I want to swap the Text Here text with selectable text of my own using CSS. I will appreciate any assistance.
  6. My question is about having to delay work with a new/prospective client because you are busy on another project(s). What is a good way of informing them about the wait, but still keeping their interest. Sometimes I may be a month or more away from being able to start. Thanks,
  7. Thanks, my site is (as you put it) xhtml/css with little scripting, no server side languages or portals. Also time and a half seems reasonable, I don't charge hourly just a flat fee.
  8. Hello, I have two quick questions: Turn Around Time What is your average turn around time for you to finish a website? What time estimate do you give your clients? Rush Fees How much extra would you charge a client who needs you to rush a job? Lets say they want it done in half your normal time. Thanks,
  9. I hate to sound greedy.... The above code does work; however, when I try and implement it into the entire page, I am still getting an issue in IE6. I believe there is something small I'm missing: I have attached the "full-webpage" with the wrapper class implemented. Its fine in fireworks but still acts up IE6. http://www.sendspace.com/file/ac6u38 I appreciate your time in helping me troubleshoot this matter greatly!!

  11. Hmmmm... now the only problem is IE or IE6, I'm using: .left_wrapper { padding-right: 15px; } I'm using the left_wrapper div right under the main_left div. It works well in Firefox but it's going off the page in IE6
  12. Thanks a lot, that idea is very slick..........
  13. The solo_text & solo_left divs are too close. I would like some more space b/w the two. Depending on the words or the sentence the text and the two divs nearly touch in some instances. I've tried padding and margin, but the results have always pushed one div completely out of focus.
