Sorry for the late response. I was away. I found this one as well but This calculator brings me to Mortgage Calculators website and and offers me various mortgage companies rate. The calculator would have to show the rate on my page.

I have a client in the real Estate business and they want a Mortgage Calculator on there website.

Does anyone know if there are free ones I can copy. My client does not have money in the budget for me to get someone to program one.

I see a few online but they all have company logos on them.

 

Is there a way of getting them from the financial institutions directly?

I have heard that 1024 x 768 is what I should use. then I hear that 960 x 720 is.

I am currently working on a template, that I purchased for a client. I am trying to change the page design from a 2 column to a 1 column. Every time I start to change the page layout it changes everything on every other page. If I were to copy the css code for that page , copy it and change the name would I then be able to make changes without effecting other pages?

 

Looking at my css page it is very confusing to figure what each css code refers to. There is way too much going on.

Is there a way to make sure when someone comes to a site that they are viewing it at 100%. Occasionally when I log on to a website I created with another computer, the flash on the site is enormous compared to the rest of the website. Is there a way of fixing this?

A client wants to make some changes to thier website.

 

I did not create the site. They want to have the site go to the width of the screen or at least closer than it is.

 

The template that was used is a .dwt file. I can make changes to it but it seems pretty static when it comes to width changes.

 

Is there a fast way of doing this?

[Client Website variations]

I was curious to know how everyone handles Website Sample variations. What I mean is when you are showing your potential client sample websites to choose from.

 

Do you work on one site and that's what they get?

 

Do you give them a few options and if you do are they complete or are they just templates with nonsense copy?

 

I am curious because up until now I have been giving my client various template options. Which sometime can cause problems.

If you had to program in one CMS language. What would it be.

 

My clients are asking me to allow them to make changes to there site. So I want to use one program language, whether its wordpress, Joomla etc.

What would you recommend that is easy for me and them. That allow the most versatility i.e. being able to use flash headers etc.

I purchased a flash template. I am trying to change the various flash pages. I only see one flashpage I dont see any of the other pages even though when I view the flash movie everything is there.

 

So what I am asking is is there a menu to view the various pages or anything like that in Flash professional CS5?

I always seem to have this problem with every website.

I am trying to have a contact form be sent to me by email. So someone fills out the info and hits submit.

I am using formmail.pl Sometimes I can get it to work but on the one I am using now it does not.

 

I used formail because I didn't want my email visible on my webpage.

I have a relative that I offered to do a free website for. I finished it, it looks great by the way, but there is an events page that changes and new events need to be added and deleted.

Now I am consistently making changes to this free website. Because they are a relative it will get tricky and uncomfortable to ask for money for the free website.

Anyway making a long story short. I want to have them make the changes to the website. I believe I can do this in wordpress but do I set it up as if it were a blog or are there other wordpress templates that would do the trick.

 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
