hi i have just registered here to see if any kind individual is willing to work with me to create a subscription based website? my idea is very simple, very clear but as i have no expertise with design and programming i need major help. I fear my lack of knowledge will not make teaching me easy, but maybe somebody can help? perhaps for a small fee?
