Yes, it`s worth it, sometimes Facebook doesn`t want to show the content even to your followers, and after paying for ads it`s always ok! Maybe I`m wrong, but I see that problem on a few pages

I noticed that Facebook reduces the organic reach of Pages, the content isn`t shown to followers in their newsfeed until you pay for ads
