Thanks Ben. So I have an image - give it a border - then using free transform I rotate it 15 degrees. After which the borders are jagged. I think I found a tut to smooth them out with blur or something. I'll try it in the morn. How do you do it?

All I find googling is go into preferences and change image interpopulation to nearest neighbor. If I do this it gets worse?

spoke to soon. Apparently thats not the problem. It happens randomly so it's sort of hard to test and nail down. I was hoping some one came accross this. Prob not though. There are prob 1000 different reasons ie would go into compatibilityu mode. I guess time to start removing one peice at a time until I find the problem.

ok here is one fix. But then I ran across a post saying that it didnt work if html is served as php - which mine is. plus it's not worth it to me. I'd rather just remove the loading text instead of adding that to my htaccess.

Hi guys - long time. document.getElementById("loading").innerHTML = "Loading..."; triggers IE8 to reload in compatibility mode. Once removed IE loads fine. I recently put it in replacing a document.write statement. Any fixes you know of? Thanks!

If you can't figure it you can prob put the second into an iframe.

make Wordpress look like existing website? Good morning. I know this is right up your guys alley. I've been playing with wordpress. I've set up a self hosted wordpress site on another domain so I have the basics down. Now I would like to set up a blog on my main site. But I would like to skin it to look like my site. I've googled for awhile but havent found a simple tutorial for some reason. Can anyone point me to a simple tut on this? Thanks!

Your welcome. I don't think either would have better performance in google over one another. So that's a wash. Therefore I would just go with whichever program you enjoy writing in more.

I would go with Wordpress. Ive pretty extensively messed with all three (tumblr, posterous, Wordpress) and for both desktop and mobile Wordpress is far more powerful. I've set up a few different blogs recently. I prefer Wordpress. But I use posterous for it autopost feature. Aka I post once on posterous and it autopost it everywhere else I want. Like ping.fm but better.

For the last 5 years whenever I made a bunch of edits to a page and then did not want to keep them for whatever reason I would just close the page and DW would ask me if I wanted to keep changes. I would say NO and go on my marry way. Maybe everyone else learned this simple trick but I did not till just now. You can instead say file >> revert. That will revert the doc to the last saved entry.

There is no work around for that. All you can do is feed some alt content like an image. In the app store there is an app that will read flash. It's called cloud browse. It runs from there computer and is streamed to the iPad. It works bit is slow. But that still does not help you any. You can probably use html5 to feed the video instead of flash.

The host name was wrong. Or rather it was correct (a number) but one day after 5 years needed to be changed to my domain name. It works again. Even took the Hostgator teck guy 30 odd minutes to figure it out.

Hello all, weird one here. I've transferred files a few thousand times over the years without a glitch. But now it seems I can't. It's weird, it transfers the files, I mean it shows that they are transferred, but when I go to the URL it is not there. Nor can I update any files. I'm logged in. I've also logged out and logged back in multiple times. Closed and reopened the program. Has this ever happen to you? If I don't fix it today I will just call costumer support tomorrow.
