    Just allocated A LOT more ram to the MySQL server ... from the default 8megs to 4 gigs. The forum should respond accordingly. That means faster.

    It depends where you are starting from ... if you know HTML and CSS, to understand database driven websites to a point where you can create simple sites ... I'd say maybe 2 weeks.
