Ah &#8230; it would seem grasshoppers &#8230; but do not be deceived! <\/p>\n<p><em>&#8230; You don&#8217;t need to buy any software to build websites &#8211; that is one of the beauties of web design. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Are you sure Stef? I thought you needed to buy something like Dreamweaver or Web Expression to build websites?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No. Web design programs like Dreamweaver CAN speed up the process but so can being smart about how you build websites.
