confused How to identify the font

I have to identify the text font used in the images, but the problem is that I don't have PSD. So how to identify the font that is used in the images.

Only way I can think of is visually. Doing am image search on "common font samples" may help.

If you knew what type of computer the image was composed in, then that would narrow things down a bit.

If you post a link to the text sample you are talking about, I might be able to tell you. I use a lot of fonts on a daily basis.
