Just curious if anyone here knows/uses Adobe Flex? (An Eclipse based IDE for Rich Internet Application development)

I started my new job as a Java Programmer this week and one of the main tools I will be using is Adobe Flex, which I cannot remember ever hearing of.

Just wondering if anyone else out there has used it.

I have on my resume, Python, Perl, Java, C#, C/C++, PHP, SQL, ColdFusion & XML.

The fact is, and I am a bit more detailed in the resum'e, some I learned and some I just worked with. But when I learned the further languages I always thought back to my first, Python, and said ...

In Dec. I am switching to a new job, this one uses Oracle and Java which I now have to learn.

Any one have a favorite Reference for these?

A reminder - I know how to Google, but Google likes to give links whether or not the reference is good.

I want to know what you Java/oracle developers consider great references for learning and working with them. I am still looking at Google, but ...

Any PowerBuilder users here and if so, any tutorials you can suggest. I want to have a better idea of what it is all about if I get called for the second interview... especially what is so special about DataWindows.

OK, I am using SQL Server Reporting Services to create a report. The base report based on the persons name I have done.

The trick is that they was not only the persons name top choose from, but also the Fiscal year, which is to say in plain talk "Show me LSW's procurements for fiscal year 2008."

The issue here is that many procurements are multi-year, so what I have is a database ...

They offering me a contract for me to take this design into a CMS so that they can make changes themselves and add content. This would in theory protect my web site to some extent. My reading so far (especially a German accessibility site) seems to suggest the best CMS for accessibility is Plone ...
