Topic: Lost ftp connection

This is really strange, today I can't seem to login to any of my sites with cuteftp or using fireftp but I can get in on my other computer.
Any ideas what can have happened?
Computers individually connected via ethernet, not networked and running XP Pro. Rebooted everything to if that works and nothing.

If the server has a firewall, sometimes your computer's public IP address needs to be added to it if it locked you out...

Have no idea how to do that and as one computer is still working wondering whether this is one of the times for using system restore. I know I updated a week ago and it was working fine then.
